COVID-19 Service Updates

Following the update of legal restrictions in England, Scotland and Wales, the wearing of face coverings is no longer mandatory in our branches and showrooms. We encourage all customers to continue to wear one.

​We also encourage customers to maintain social distancing measures where possible.

​Protective screens and sanitising stations will remain in all branches and showrooms.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 situation, the lead times of some of our trusted couriers may be impacted. 

For the majority of orders we will meet the estimated delivery timescales we give you, however, there may be some times that your order cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date. We will keep you informed if we make any changes to your delivery date.

We also offer the convenience and safety of a pre-order and collect service, online ordering at cityplumbing.co.uk and delivery to the kerbside. So however you need us, we have you covered.

For our customers who wish to keep more social distance at this time, we wanted to remind you that we also offer free delivery on all essential orders for our trade account customers. Call your local branch or log in and order on your account at any time. You can also pay my debit or credit card online.

If you are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus, have a confirmed case in your household or are self-isolating, please keep us informed, and be prepared that our delivery will have to change to the front door or kerbside.
