1.2 To claim your double pointsunder the Promotion you must claim a Product from the list contained at 1.1a above (the Product), from a participating retailer located in the UK, in a transaction between 1st July and 31st July, inclusive (the Promotional Period). 

1.3 All other products are excluded. Purchases of the Product made outside the Promotional Period, or purchases of a second hand, refurbished or reconditioned, or counterfeit product, will not qualify.

1.4 You must be a member of InstallerPRO, aged 18 or over and must be a resident in the UK. By submitting a claim, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1.5 The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with an employee discount. 

1.6 You may not submit a claim under the Promotion if you are an employee of or otherwise associated with Mira Showers, its holding or subsidiary companies or its agents, and Mira Showers will disqualify any such claims. 

2.1 Mira Showers reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notification. If unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable, your legal rights are not affected. 

2.2 Mira Showers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require you to prove that you did not return the Product within the period of 28 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Claims for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated. 

2.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Showers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any individual under the Promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict Mira Showers’ liability for personal injury or death caused by Mira Showers’ employees or agents. 

2.4 Any personal data supplied by you will be used by Mira Showers and its agents or associated group companies solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation unless otherwise specified in your GDPR preferences.

If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. If you live in the ROI, you can bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts.
