Boiler and Plastics New Account Promotion - Full Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our ‘Boilers and Plastics New Account Promotion Terms’. Offer applies to new customer cash or credit accounts of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) and Plumbing Trade Supplies (company number 02219435) between 2nd September 2024 and 31st October 2024.
The offer consists of the following:
If you spend £750 ex VAT on Plastic Plumbing and/or buy five boilers or boiler packs, in your first 90 days of opening your cash or credit account you can pick from these gifts. A customer would earn one gift via each qualification to a maximum of two gifts.

If you spend £1500 ex VAT on Plastic Plumbing and/or buy ten boilers or boiler packs, in your first 90 days of opening your cash or credit account you can pick from these gifts. A customer would earn one gift each via qualification to a maximum of two gifts.. By qualifying for the below gifts at a higher spend threshold you forgo the lower spend threshold gifts.

Qualifying spend will be assessed 90 days after the new credit account opening. After assessment, qualifying customers will be notified of their qualification and available prizes via email, providing email marketing consents are granted, and through a call from their parented branch, where possible.
Qualifying customers will choose their gift and inform the branch manager in their parented branch and the gift will be delivered to the branch for collection. Customers can expect their gift to be ready for collection within 30 days of logging their preference with the branch manager ("Offer").
The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The following individuals/employees are excluded from the Offer:
- existing credit account customers opening an additional credit account;
- existing cash account customers opening an additional cash account.
- accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
- any and all accounts who are large (more than 15 employees);
- national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
- any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees;
- public sector or housing association employees; and
- any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited.
In entering the Offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Purchases invoiced and not paid in full when they fall due will not qualify. All purchases of goods, eligibility and accounts will be verified by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and Plumbing Trade Supplies to ensure compliance with these terms and qualifying criteria.
All items are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative available but upon request qualifying customers are able to exchange the lowest valued prize available for their qualifying spend for the equivalent My City Plumbing Rewards points credited to their My City Plumbing Rewards Account. A My City Plumbing Rewards Account is required to exchange a prize for equivalent value. The reward is non-transferable and only applies to the account opened. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other offer or discount. City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time on reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Registration of a new account will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
