Delivery

We deliver Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays), between 07:30-17:00. In your basket, you will be given an estimated delivery date & during checkout you can select a different delivery option, if available.

For standard delivery, we estimate orders to arrive in up to 5 working days.

For the overwhelming majority of orders, we will meet the estimated delivery timescales we give you. However, there may be some times when your order cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date. We will keep you informed if we make any changes to your delivery date.

There is no minimum order value required for delivery.

Customers with an account will receive free delivery on all orders, and guest users without an account will be charged £7 for delivery or will receive free delivery on orders over £90 (ex. VAT).

If you placed your order in branch, you will need to speak directly to the branch.

Yes - on each product page you can select collection and within your basket, you can change your order from delivery to collection, then collect your order from your local branch.
