There are many advantages to concealed installation. When fitting the Ecostat E for two functions, the thermostat body is completely hidden in the wall, that is "under the plaster". (The installation is based on the hansgrohe iBox universal basic set for concealed installation.) The specialist then fits the flat chrome set with the rotary controls to the elegantly concealed technology. The finish set and ergonomic control elements are square with rounded corners.
This ultra-flat concealed solution not only looks terrific, but also increases the space and freedom of movement when bathing and showering because there is no sweeping mixer to get in the way. The Ecostat E thermostat is modern in design, and blends with any bathroom ambience. hansgrohe mixers in the matching design are also available for washstand, bidet, bath and shower for a harmonious overall look.
The technical interior of the thermostat is of very high quality. The thermostat cartridge ensures handling is smooth, with a constant temperature. The safety stop at 40°C protects the entire family against the water becoming too hot. Of course, the temperature stop can be set to the user's preference.
