When fitting the hansgrohe ShowerSelect Highflow thermostat, the shower control is completely hidden in the wall, that is "under the plaster". (The installation is based on the hansgrohe iBox universal basic set for concealed installation.) The specialist fits the square chrome set with the ergonomic rotary control with pin handle for setting the temperature to the elegantly concealed technology. Highly user-friendly!
This ultra-flat concealed solution looks terrific and increases freedom of movement because there is no sweeping mixer to get in the way. The timeless, modern design is striking, and blends harmoniously with any bathroom ambience. The concealed thermostat can be combined with other hansgrohe ShowerSelect finish set, for instance with those that control showers and spray types by Select buttons. It also matches numerous modern hansgrohe mixer lines for washstands, bidets, showers and baths.
The technical interior of the thermostat is highly sophisticated. The cartridge is "Made in the Black Forest", and ensures smooth handling and a consistent temperature. The safety stop at 40°C – or the user's preferred choice – protects the entire family against the water becoming too hot.
