Once you've signed up, any purchases you make with us will earn you points. 100 points = £1 to spend on prizes or vouchers.
This includes purchases made in-branch, in our showrooms as well as on our website or app.

City Plumbing Rewards FAQ

What is My City Plumbing Rewards?

My City Plumbing Rewards is our new loyalty programme that lets you earn points on your spend with us and gives you access to exclusive promotions and discounts. The points you earn can be redeemed against an amazing array of rewards which include everything from Apple products to e-vouchers with top highstreet brands, to fantastic days out.

How many points do I earn?

With City Plumbing Rewards you can earn between 0.5 and 2 points per £1 spent over the trade counter, depending on the product you purchase. You will also be rewarded for purchasing brochure products over the Showroom counter and have the opportunity to earn even more points on referrals. How can I track my points?

You can view your points by logging into your My City Plumbing Rewards account, throught your account dashboard on the City Plumbing Website or App, and clicking on the Points Bank page. This will show you the total number of points you have earned.

How do I redeem my points?

Provided you have earned enough points you can redeem your earnings by going to your Rewards page, viewing the details of the reward you would like to redeem, clicking add to basket and following the checkout process. If you have a couple of extra points left over, you can choose to donate these to The Teenage Cancer Trust at the checkout!

How can I register for My City Plumbing Rewards?

To register for My City Plumbing Rewards, you will need to sign into your City Plumbing account (on app or web), view your account and click through to the My City Plumbing Rewards site whereyou can complete the registration form. Installers must hold a City Plumbing account and have registered on My City Plumbing Rewards to take part in the programme.

Do my points expire?

Points will expire 12 months from the date they are issued. We send reminders when you have points that are close to expiring so you don't miss out on the opportunity to redeem them

How soon will I see my points?

Your points will show in your points balance 24 hours after you have spent with City Plumbing in branch , online or on the app

When will I receive my rewards

We advise that all reward orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You can see the current status of your order by viewing your Order History page. If it has been 2 weeks and your order has not arrived yet, please contact rewards@cityplumbing.co.uk.

Can I use my points on City Plumbing purchases?

You can redeem your points against an account credit note to reduce your credit account balance. Go to your Rewards page to redeem your points. All credit note redemptions will be processed at the end of the calendar month and will be allocated to your account by the 7th of the following month. Please note that this option is only available for trade credit account holders.

How do I use my points against training?

You can redeem your points for discounts on accredited renewable training. Go to your Rewards page to redeem your points.

How do I get discounted days off as a Rewards member?

As a perk of being a My City Plumbing Rewards member, you have exclusive access to discounts and offers on some great days out for you and your family - without having to spend your points . You can get discounts of up to 50%, meaning you'll spend less on days out, and spend more time on the things that matter - time with the family. Go to your Rewards page to access these discounts.

How do I enter Rewards promotions?

Regularly check your dashboard on your Rewards page to see the latest Rewards promotions. Here you can opt in to the offers you'd like to join.
