Terms & Conditions
Offer applies to new customer accounts of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) and Plumbing Trade Supplies (company number 01851210) between 1st January 2025 and 31st March 2025.
New trade credit accounts opened will receive triple My City Plumbing Rewards points on all purchases made within the first 60 days of opening the account. New trade cash accounts opened receive double My City Plumbing Rewards points on all purchases made within the first 60 days of opening the account ("Offer").
Please note, Customers will also need to register for My City Plumbing Rewards to benefit from this promotion. Registration for My City Plumbing Rewards will take 24 hours to activate on a customer's account.
The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The following individuals/employees are excluded from the Offer:
- existing credit account customers opening an additional credit account;
- existing cash account customers opening an additional cash account.
- accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
- any and all accounts who are large (more than 15 employees);
- national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
- any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees;
- public sector or housing association employees; and
- any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited.
In entering the Offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Purchases invoiced and not paid in full when they fall due will not qualify. All purchases of goods, eligibility and accounts will be verified by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and Plumbing Trade Supplies to ensure compliance with these terms and qualifying criteria.
The Offer will be loaded onto the new credit/cash accounts upon registration to rewards, with the 60 days commencing from the date the new account is opened. The Offer is only valid for orders placed within 60 days of the date of the new account opening. Customers must use the new account to receive the additional points and this will be applied automatically to all purchases made through that account at the point of each transaction, reflected the next day on their rewards account balance. The Offer is only valid for orders placed within 60 days of the date of the new account opening.
All items are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative available. The reward is non-transferrable and only applies to the account opened.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other Offer or discount. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Registration of a new account will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
