Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to our Loyalty Scheme Sign-up offers for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):
1. Promotional Period: 2 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 inclusive.
2. Offer: The “Offer” is:
(i) “
500 loyalty Points Offer” for any trade account customer which does not currently have a Loyalty Scheme account and which submits an application to sign up to the Promoter’s My City Plumbing Rewards loyalty scheme found here:

Loyalty Scheme”) during the promotional period.
(ii) “2000 or 2500 Additional Points Offer” an additional 2,000 (£20 worth) or 2,500 (£25 worth) loyalty points (“Reward”), with the amount determined by the online scratchcard game, for any Qualifying Customer (as defined at clause 3.a. below) that spends a total of £500 within the first 60 days of opening an account in one or more transactions (the “Qualifying Purchase”) (subject to clause 3.f.).

3. Eligibility:
a. (i) 500 loyalty Points Offer: qualifying for the 500 loyalty points – the 500 loyalty Points Offer is only valid to trade account customers who do not currently have a Loyalty Scheme account and submit an application to sign up to the Loyalty Scheme between 2 January - 28 February (the “Qualifying Customer”).
(ii) 2000 or 2500 Additional Points Offer: qualifying for the additional 2,000 or 2,500 loyalty points – the Additional Offer is only valid for Qualifying Customers, which have successfully registered to the Loyalty Scheme and received receipt of the completed registration to the Loyalty Scheme from the Promoter in accordance with clause 3.d., and who make a Qualifying Purchase within the first 60 days of opening a Rewards account.
(iii) 2000 or 2500 Additional Points Offer: Qualifying Customers will have the Online Scratchcard game made available to them via the Rewards Portal. Customers will have 30 days from the issue of the game to play the game to win their additional points.
b. The Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchases made during the Promotional Period by a customer who is not a Qualifying Customer or has not successfully completed registration to the Loyalty Scheme during 2 January - 28 February and received receipt of the completed registration for the Loyalty Scheme from the Promoter in accordance with clause 3.d. at the time of the Qualifying Purchase.
c. Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and the eligibility terms of the Loyalty Scheme. All decisions by the Promoter are final.
d. The Promoter will confirm receipt of the completed registration to the Loyalty Scheme and notify the Qualifying Customer of any issues with the Loyalty Scheme registration form within 48 hours of the date of receipt of the completed Loyalty Scheme registration form by the participant.
e. If there are any issues with the Qualifying Customer’s Loyalty Scheme registration, the customer must rectify these issues following notification from the Promoter otherwise Qualifying Purchases will not be eligible for the Additional Offer until those issues are resolved.
f. Any Qualifying Purchases which are made during the Promotional Period but before the Qualifying Customer receives confirmation from the Promoter that their Loyalty Scheme account has been successfully opened will be eligible for the Additional Offer.
g. If the customer does not receive confirmation from the Promoter that their Loyalty Scheme account has been successfully opened, the customer must contact the Promoter who will verify that the customer was a Qualifying Customer at the time of the Qualifying Purchase and apply the Reward to the Qualifying Customer’s Loyalty Scheme account once it has been successfully opened by the Promoter.
4. Maximum Number of Rewards: The Offer is limited to one Reward per Qualifying Customer during the Promotional Period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other new customer Reward offers.
5. New/Existing Customers:
(i) 500 loyalty Points Offer: - this offer is open to new and existing trade customers who do not currently have a Loyalty Scheme account and submit an application to sign up to our Loyalty Scheme between 2 January - 28 February 2025.
(ii) 2000 or 2500 Additional Points Offer: this offer is open to new and existing trade customers who do not currently have a Loyalty Scheme account and submit an application to sign up to our Loyalty Scheme between 2 January - 28 February 2025 prior to making a Qualifying Purchase during the first 60 days of opening an account in accordance with section 3 (Eligibility) above.
6. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:
a) existing members of the Loyalty Scheme;
b) trade account customers in Scotland that have registered to a loyalty programme of the Promoter prior to the Promotional Period;
c) trade account customers of The Bathroom Showroom (a trading company of the Promoter) that have enrolled in a loyalty scheme with The Bathroom Showroom prior to the Promotional Period;
d) accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;
e) any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees;
f) national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;
g) any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees;
h) any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;
i) merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and
j) customers with internal and/or external contract support.
7. Notification of Reward:
(i) 500 loyalty Points Offer:
within a reasonable time following the verification of registration to the Loyalty Scheme by the Promoter, the Promoter will notify the Qualifying Customer by email that their Loyalty Scheme account has been opened and that the 500 loyalty points will be automatically added to the Qualifying Customer’s Loyalty Scheme account as provided in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme found here:

(ii) 2000 or 2500 Additional Points Offer: within a reasonable time following the verification by the Promoter that a Qualifying Purchase has been made in accordance with these terms subject to clause 3.f., and the Qualifying Customer has completed the Online Scratchcard Game to win their points, the Promoter will notify the Qualifying Customer by email that either the 2,000 or 2,500 loyalty points will be added to the Qualifying Customer’s Loyalty Scheme in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme found here:

8. Distribution of Reward: The Reward will be distributed as follows:
(i) 500 loyalty Points Offer
: the 500 loyalty points will be issued automatically in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme found here:

(ii) Additional Offer: the 2,000 or 2,500 loyalty points will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme found here:

Any issues with accessing or using the Reward should be raised with rewards@cityplumbing.co.uk. This must be done before expiry of the Reward.
9. Expiry of Reward: The validity of the loyalty points is detailed in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme which can be found here:

10. Terms and Conditions Relating to Use of the Reward: The terms relating to the loyalty points are detailed in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme which can be found here:
Terms and Conditions (cityplumbing.co.uk). If there are any inconsistencies or conflict between the terms of the Loyalty Scheme and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
11. No Alternatives to the Reward: No cash alternative available and the Reward is non-transferrable.
12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer/promotion at any time without notice.
14. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy.
15. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.
16. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
