Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Period: 6th January 2025 to 31st March 2025 inclusive. 
2. Draw Date:  15th April 2025
3. How to enter the Prize Draw: Entrants can enter the Prize Draw by setting up a direct debit on their City Plumbing credit account on this page and City Plumbing has successfully collected a payment on the account
4. Prize: The prize draw winner will receive a £500 Amazon Voucher
5. Eligibility: 
  1. The Prize Draw is only open to trade account customers who have a valid credit account on the Draw Date and are not an Excluded Participant (as detailed in paragraph 6). 
  2. Entrants will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final. 
6. Excluded Participants: 
  1. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate family members of such employees; 
  2. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; or
  3. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies).
Within 7 business days of the Draw Date, the Promoter will attempt to contact the Prize Draw winners via direct message on the email registered to their account. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Prize Draw if the winners cannot reasonably be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted by the Promoter.
7. Distribution of Prize: Only one Prize will be awarded. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. The Prize will be sent digitally to the email address associated with the credit account of the winner. 
8. Award of Prize: The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it. No Alternatives to the Prize: No cash alternative is available to the Prize.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering the Prize Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
10. Amendment and Cancellation: If circumstances arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time without notice. 
11. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.highbournegroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Details of the winner including their surname and county will be available on written request by any regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority.
12. Liability: The Promoter shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the prize winner in respect of the Prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any entries which are not received for any reason.
13. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
