  3. Register the product warranty on the V-TAC website.
  4. Post a photo of the completed installation on Instagram and LinkedIn, tagging both City Plumbing and V-TAC.
  5. If you're one of the first 25 installers to qualify, Hiconics will contact you to arrange delivery of your prize.

Hiconics Free iPhone Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
  • This promotion is open to businesses registered in the UK in the plumbing, heating, renewables, or construction sectors.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and registered electricians in the UK.
  • Only first-time installers of the Hiconics V-TAC All-in-One are eligible.
2. Entry Requirements:
  • To qualify for the free iPhone, participants must:
  • Purchase the Hiconics V-TAC All-in-One units (one of CP SKUs 139823, 139822, 139821, 139519) exclusively from City Plumbing.
  • Register the product warranty on the V-TAC website.
  • Post a photo of the completed installation, tagging both the City Plumbing and V-TAC Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Each entry will be unique to the business and associated with the corresponding City Plumbing invoice.
3. Prize Details:
  • The prize offered is an iPhone 16 base model (128GB).
  • A total of 25 prizes are available, limited to the first 25 qualifying first-time installers who complete all required steps. No substitutions or alternative prizes are available.
4. Prize Claim and Delivery:
  • The prize claim can only be made once all eligibility and entry requirements are completed.
  • Prizes must be collected from the claimant’s nearest City Plumbing retailer or another designated location chosen by us.
  • Prize delivery will occur within 30 days of the claim being verified.
5. Entry Limit: One entry per registered company. Entries must include a unique business registration number and a valid email address associated with the business.
6. No Cash Alternative: No cash or alternative prize substitutions will be provided.
7. Data Protection: Personal data collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
