We actively engage with communities through our partnerships with housing associations and local authorities. This commitment manifests in various ways, such as creating local job opportunities, supporting apprenticeships, and contributing to community projects through volunteering and financial assistance.
For instance, we recently partnered with The Hyde Group and Henry Fawcett Primary School in Lambeth to fund the installation of laptop safes, enhancing the school's resources. We also sponsored sports kits for students at Allen Edwards Primary School in Stockwell, promoting physical activity and teamwork. These initiatives demonstrate our dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Current Engagement Focus:
We are currently collaborating with The Hyde Group on a fascinating project called Past Packington. This initiative aims to document and share the often-overlooked stories of residents within the Packington Estate. By supporting this project, we are helping to create a lasting record of the community's lived experiences, fostering a sense of connection among residents, and providing valuable insights for future generations. Our contribution will enable the project to produce a high-quality book and host a launch event, ensuring the stories reach a wider audience.

While we may not always interact directly with tenants, we have extensive experience in engagement through our long-standing support of Teenage Cancer Trust. Our successful fundraising efforts stem from actively involving our colleagues and customers in enjoyable and meaningful activities.
