Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing Secures Contract with VIVID Housing Association
Public sector plumbing and heating provider, Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing, has been awarded a contract by housing association VIVID. This agreement entails supplying boilers and heating components for installations, annual servicing, repairs, and maintenance across 35,000 properties in the South of England.
A key element of the VIVID partnership is the implementation of StockStar, an advanced stock management platform. This tool enables VIVID staff to effortlessly place, manage, modify, and track orders for plumbing, heating, and gas components, as well as monitor deliveries, and stock levels, and generate reports using the app.
Parts will be delivered directly to VIVID's 42 experienced gas engineers on-site or can be picked up from one of 11 designated City Plumbing branches within its extensive network of 370 locations. City Plumbing's widespread presence across the South of England ensures that VIVID's trades teams are never more than 15 minutes away from a branch, minimising travel time and enhancing the efficiency of repair services for customers.
StockStar also allows VIVID to assign jobs to its engineers while monitoring van stock levels and automatically replenishing low items. This will further improve first-time fix rates for heating repairs, reduce administrative overhead, and enable VIVID to focus on its core operations.
