From polo-shirts to body warmers and jackets, the more you buy, the more you get.

Make your purchase to qualify and claim for your clothing in November through the Grundfos website by filling out the form for a delivery in December 2024 or January 2025.

Remember, the more you buy, the more you get, so for example, if you buy one Grundfos MAGNA1 25-60 pump, you will receive a polo-shirt. If you buy two MAGNA pumps, you will receive a body warmer, and if you buy three MAGNA pumps, you will receive a jacket, but you can also mix and match!

For example, if you purchase 4 MAGNAs you can select a body warmer and two polo shirts, or two bodywarmers, one jacket and one polo-shirt

For all the combinations, simply go to the form on the Grundfos website and from a drop down menu, select your clothing according to the number of MAGNA pumps that you have purchased. It will be validated with the invoice which you will also need to attach.

The Grundfos & CITY PLUMBING MAGNA PUMPS sales promotion TERMS

During the period from July 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024, Grundfos and City Plumbing will be running a sales promotion in the United Kingdom where an installer can register any newly purchased Grundfos MAGNA pumps online and select an item of clothing. The clothing type and quantity depend on the number of pumps purchased. Clothing is to be selected in November 2024 for a delivery in December 2024 and/or January 2025.

Below are the terms for joining MAGNA & City Plumbing sales promotion.

1.1. TERMS FOR THE GRUNDFOS & CITY PLUMBING MAGNA PUMPS SALES PROMOTION

The Grundfos & City Plumbing MAGNA sales promotion is for professional pump installers only – company owners/managers and their employees. Buy 1 or more Grundfos MAGNA pumps in the period from July 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024, register online in November, 2024 and select your clothing based on the number of MAGNA pumps purchased via City Plumbing. Orders will be delivered in December 2024 and/or January 2025.

Employees of Grundfos, wholesalers or partners cannot participate in the sales promotion.

Grundfos can end the competition without notice.

1.2. THE GRUNDFOS & CITY PLUMBING MAGNA PUMPS SALES PROMOTION– FOR PUMP INSTALLER COMPANIES

The Grundfos & City Plumbing MAGNA pumps sales promotion is aimed at pump installer companies within United Kingdom. The employees and the company owner/the responsible purchase manager register the Grundfos products they purchase. The purchaser must sign up before the clothing can be selected. The purchaser must be 18 years old or older to register. On the registration page, the purchaser needs to attach a proof of purchase in a form of merchant’s issued invoice in order to validate the purchase.

The clothing item cannot be exchanged into cash or other products/goods but only to be claimed from the stated vendor. In case of issues, the purchaser can contact the local sales company grundfos-uk@sales.grundfos.com

An installer is only allowed to register a product number if the installer or someone within the installer’s company has bought one product within the above mentioned product families. If Grundfos suspects any fraud in this regard, Grundfos is allowed to exclude the person committing the fraud from the Grundfos & City Plumbing MAGNA pumps sales promotion.

Terms must be accepted in order to submit the registrations.

The purchaser will be required to enter his/her email address when submitting the purchase online, which gives marketing permission [Privacy Policy | Grundfos]. This means that Grundfos has the opportunity to contact the purchaser if needed and can also send the purchaser relevant marketing communication by email thereafter.

1.3. TAXATION OF THE PRIZE

Recipients of the clothing could be taxable of the voucher in their local countries. Therefore, recipients might be obliged under local law to recognise the value of the voucher. If in doubt, the recipients should seek local advice at their own costs.

1.4. COMPLAINT

All complaints may be reported to Grundfos Pumps Ltd.
Grundfos must deal with complaints immediately, no longer than within 14 days from the date of receipt. The participant will be informed about the outcome of the complaint procedure accordingly the way the complaint was filed.
The complaint should include: name, full address of the participant, e-mail address, invoice of purchased pumps as well as an indication of the cause of the complaint.

1.5. LAW AND VENUE

All matters arising out of or relating to these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. This provision is void where prohibited or restricted by law. In this case, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, which the parties have been unable to settle amicably, must be settled by the courts of Denmark.
