Win Big With Drayton

The following terms and conditions apply to our Win Big with Drayton  (“Offer”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”):

If the Entry requirements are met, the Reward will be processed by the Operator, Marketing Lounge Partnership (“MLP”).

Promotion Period: 1st January 2025 to 31st January 2025 inclusive.

The Offer is only valid on purchases of a Drayton products during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase”) by trade account customers.

To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward (as defined below), an Eligible Participant must:

a. During the Promotion Period, purchase a Drayton product at City plumbing in branch or online.

b. To become eligible for the ‘’Offer’’ you must purchase a Drayton product from City Plumbing 

Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final.

Qualifying Purchases invoiced and not paid in full or registered during the Promotional Period will not qualify.

There is no maximum number of entries 

Qualifying Customers must use their City Plumbing account when making a Qualifying Purchase.

The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding: accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations; any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors; any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; public sector or housing association employees; any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited; merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); customers with internal and/or external contract support; and trade customers who have not received a marketing email confirmation that they are a Qualifying Customer who can participate in the Offer.

Eligible Participants will need to provide certain personal information (including their full name, City Plumbing account number, business or company name and email address) in order for Drayton to process their Reward. The Reward will be issued to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s City Plumbing account at the end of the campaign period. By making a valid Entry, Eligible Participants consent to Drayton processing their personal data (in accordance with Drayton’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions) and to being contacted by Drayton by email regarding their Reward. The Promoter shall not be liable for any act or omission of Drayton. The winner will be drawn by and contacted by Friday 7th February 2025.

Rewards will be sent to the email address held on your City Plumbing account within 12 days of the end of the Promotional Period.

Expiry of Reward:

The winner will have 48 hours to claim their reward. If unclaimed this will be awarded to another participant.

No cash alternative is available and the Reward is non-transferable.

By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer/promotion at any time without notice.

City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the qualifying customer in respect of the offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
