Worcester Bosch Spin to Win

The Promoter: The following terms and conditions apply to our ‘Worcester Bosch Spin to Win’ competition (the “Spin Competition”) for trade account customers of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (company number 02489546) (the “Promoter”): 

1. Promotion Period: 00:00 am on 2 September 2024 to 11:59pm on 15 December 2024 inclusive.

2. Prizes: Amazon vouchers valued at from £10, £20, £30, £50 to £100 are available to win per spin of the digital wheel (the “digital wheel”). All Qualifying Customers will win a Prize on each spin of the digital wheel. Each spin also qualifies the customer for an entry into the prize draw to win 1,000,000 My City Plumbing Rewards Points. 

3. Prize Draw Date: 18th December 2024

4. How to enter the Spin Competition: Entrants must be a Qualifying Customer (as defined in clause 7.a), purchase any Worcester Bosch boiler and register the installation of the unit via the Worcester Bosch Loyalty Scheme (https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup) within the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Purchase and Registration”) for one chance to spin the digital wheel. Once the Promoter has verified that a qualifying purchase has been made and registered, the Qualifying Customer will be emailed a link to spin the digital wheel, within 10 days of the date of their Qualifying Purchase and Registration, to win one of the Prizes and will have until the end of the promotion period to spin the digital wheel. To collect their Prize the Qualifying Customer is required to complete the checkout process after notification of their prize on the Rewards Platform (https://rewards.cityplumbing.co.uk/Account-Login?returnurl=%2f), at which point the prize voucher will be generated and sent to the customer  via email..

5. How to enter the Prize Draw: Qualifying Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they earn a spin via a Qualifying Purchase and Registration.

6. Qualifying Purchase and Registration: A purchase of any Worcester Bosch boiler from the Promoter and subsequent registration of the installation of the boiler on the Worcester Bosch Loyalty Scheme (https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup) . 

7. Eligibility: 

a.The Spin Competition is only valid to customers who are signed up to the Promoter’s My City Plumbing Rewards loyalty scheme found here: https://rewards.cityplumbing.co.uk/Account-Login?returnurl=%2f (the “Loyalty Scheme”), are signed up to the Worcester Bosch Loyalty Scheme found here: https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup (the “Worcester Bosch Loyalty Scheme”) and make the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Customer”). 

b. Qualifying Purchases and Registrations and Qualifying Customers will be verified by the Promoter to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final. 

c. Qualifying Purchases invoiced and not paid in full will not qualify for a Qualifying Purchase.

8. Excluded Participants: The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding:

a. accounts opened by public sector organisations or housing associations;

b. customers with internal and / or external contract support;

c. any and all accounts for entities which have more than 15 employees; 

d. national and regional house builder companies and / or contractors;

e. any and all current employees of Highbourne Group or the immediate families of such employees; 

f. public sector or housing association employees;

g. any and all employees of agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents with City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited;

h. merchants (all resellers and/or competitors of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited and/or Plumbing Trade Supplies); and

i. customers with internal and/or external contract support.

9. Notifying the Winner:  The Spin Competition winners will be selected at random by the digital wheel platform used by the Promoter. After the digital wheel has been spun by the Qualifying Customer, the Qualifying Customer will be immediately notified when they have won one of the Prizes as it will be shown on the wheel. All qualifying customers will win a prize for spinning the wheel. To collect a Prize the Qualifying Customer is required to complete the checkout process on the Rewards platform (https://rewards.cityplumbing.co.uk/Account-Login?returnurl=%2f), at which point the prize voucher will be generated and sent via email.

The Prize Draw winner will be selected at random by an impartial individual using a random generator on the Draw Date. Within 7 business days of the Draw Date, the Promoter will attempt to contact the Prize Draw winner via direct message on the email registered to their Rewards account. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize Draw if the winner cannot reasonably be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being contacted by the Promoter.

10. Distribution of Prize: The Prizes will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme found here: https://rewards.cityplumbing.co.uk/Terms-and-Conditions. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition. 

11. Award of Prize: The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Spin Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.

12. Expiry of Spin Competition: The Spin Competition will expire at 11:59pm on 15 December 2024 so all Qualifying Purchases must be placed, and installations registered and be confirmed by the Promoter, prior to this time. Any Qualifying Purchases made outside of this time will not be eligible for the Spin Competition. Each Qualifying Customer will have until this point to spin the digital wheel, redeeming any spins they have earned via Qualifying Purchase and Registration.

13. Terms and Conditions Relating to Use of the Reward Points: The terms relating to the reward points are detailed in the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Scheme which can be found here: Terms and Conditions (cityplumbing.co.uk). If there are any inconsistencies or conflict between the terms of the Loyalty Scheme and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

14. No Alternatives to the Prize: No cash alternatives are available for the Prizes. 

15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By entering this Spin Competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 

16. Amendment and Cancellation: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Spin Competition at any time without notice. There are limited      Prizes available for this promotion,       and we reserve the right to withdraw this Spin Competition during the Promotion Period in the event all the Prizes have been won prior to 11:59pm on 15 December 2024.

17. Data Protection: We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/privacypolicy. Details of the winners including their surname and county will be available on written request by any regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority.

18. Liability: City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Spin Competition, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Spin Competition.

19. Jurisdiction and Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
